GWN Manager is free to use. There are no per-device licenses, subscriptions or recurring management fees required to manage supported Grandstream devices with GWN Manager.

You only need to provide your own server or virtual environment that meets the hardware and OS requirements. Once installed, you can add supported devices without purchasing additional management licenses.

1. Open a browser and go to https://www.gdms.cloud.
2. Click Sign Up / Register and fill in the required information (email, username, password, country/region, etc.).
3. You will receive an activation email. Follow the link in that email to verify your account.
4. After activation, sign in at gdms.cloud with your new credentials and select GDMS Networking from the available services.

Once logged in, you can create organizations, add devices and start building networks directly from the cloud interface.

GDMS Networking is designed to manage a wide range of Grandstream networking devices, covering Wi-Fi, routing, switching and convergence. Examples include:

• Wi-Fi access points such as GWN76xx indoor and outdoor models and newer Wi-Fi series
• Routers such as the GWN70xx family and other Grandstream routing platforms
• Switches such as GWN78xx / GWN783x and other Grandstream managed or light-managed switches
• Convergence devices such as the GCC601x and GCC602x series, which combine routing, security, switching/Wi-Fi and UC features

Note: GDMS Networking is intended for managing Grandstream Networking devices and does not provide management for third-party networking hardware.

GWN Manager is built to manage Grandstream GWN series networking devices, including GWN Wi-Fi access points, GWN routers, GWN switches and GCC convergence devices. It is designed specifically for Grandstream networking products and does not manage third-party hardware.

There is no fixed software limit on the number of devices or sites. Capacity depends on the server resources you allocate (CPU, memory and storage). As a general guideline, a properly sized server can support thousands of devices and tens of thousands of clients, with higher-end hardware recommended for larger deployments.
