Grandstream Device Management System for UC Solution

CloudUCM is a cloud-based PBX that requires no hardware for deployment, significantly reducing maintenance costs. IP phones and Wave can connect to CloudUCM from anywhere as long as they are connected to the Internet and can be used for audio calls/video calls/meetings, allowing people around the world to easily collaborate with one another.

There are three installation methods for SoftwareUCM:

  • Bare-metal: Supports x86-based physical servers that meet SoftwareUCM’s CPU, memory, and storage requirements.
  • Virtual Machine: Supports VMware Workstation (16.1.0+), Hyper-V (10.0.19041.1 +), KVM (4.5.0+), VMware ESXi (8.0), and VirtualBox (7.0+).
  • AWS Cloud Deployment (EC2): SoftwareUCM can be deployed on Amazon Web Services using a virtual machine image exported from a supported hypervisor.

UCM RemoteConnect (UCMRC) is a cloud-based service that enables secure remote access to Grandstream UCM6300 series IP PBXs and their extensions without requiring manual port forwarding or complex firewall configuration. It is part of GDMS (Grandstream Device Management System) which runs on Amazon AWS with 99.999% reliability and virtually unlimited scalability.

GDMS Unified Communications (GDMS UC) is a cloud-based management platform for Grandstream unified communications products. It provides centralized provisioning, configuration, monitoring, firmware management, diagnostics, and lifecycle management for endpoints, gateways, and IPPBXs.
