Product Overview & Specifications

The GMD1208 is paired with the GVC3220 using an ultrasound pairing technology.

GMD1208 connects to GVC3220 using either Bluetooth or a 2.4Ghz proprietary network.

GMD1208 features an integrated 1500mAh Lithium-ion battery, providing up to 12 hours of talk time and 150 hours of standby time.

The connection range over 2.4Ghz wireless network is 20 meters.
The connection range over Bluetooth is 10 meters.

The built-in 8 omnidirectional microphones have a pickup range of 7.9 meters.

The Dynamic Range Compression technology ensures that the voice picked up further and closer to the microphone sounds the same for a consistent volume level.

The GMD1208 supports the Opus codec only.

The GMD1208 provides ANS (Active Noise Suppression), AGC/DRC, and Noise Shield Technology.


Setup

There are two ways to connect multiple GMD1208 microphones.

The first method is to connect the microphones to the GVC3220. Using this method, you can connect up to 2 GMD1208 microphones.

The second method is to connect is to connect them in a cascade. You can cascade up to 2 microphones.

The GMD1208 can be powered using the integrated battery only.

The capacitive mute button on the GMD1208 allows to quickly mute the microphones. When the microphone is muted, the light of the capacitive button will turn red.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

To reset the GMD1208 to factory settings. Press the reset button on the back panel of the device for 10 seconds.
