1 | Line Key | Select the line.

2 | Message | This key is used to view messages. |
3 | Phonebook | This key is used to open the phonebook. |
4 | Home | This key is used to quickly navigate back to the home screen. |
5 | Page/Intercom | If an intercom number has been set, the number will be called directly. If the intercom number has not been set, pressing this button has no effect. |
6 | Hold | This key is used to put the active call on hold or to a resume a call. |
7 | Standard Keypad | The numeric keypad is used to dial extension numbers, feature codes, and interact with IVR. |
8 | Message Waiting Indicator | When this indicator is flashing in red colour, it indicate that there is one or more unread voicemail messages. |
9 | Softkey | This is a programmable softkey which can be programmed for functions like call transfer, call park, etc... They are also context sensitive; the functions will change depending on whether the phone is idle or during call/dial phase. |
10 | Record | This key is used to start and stop recording a call or a meeting. |

14 | Headset | Press to switch between the headset and handset during an active call. |
15 | Conference | Establish 3-way conference with other 2 parties. |
16 | Transfer | Transfer an active call to another number. |

18 | Send | Enter the digits and then press Send to dial out. Press Send directly to redial the previously dialed call. |
19 | Volume | Increase/Decrease volume. |
20 | PC Port | Port to plug in the PC. |
21 | LAN Port | Port to plug the phone to the network. |
22 | Power Input | Power input port to power the device. |
23 | Handset Port | Port to plug in the handset. |
24 | Headset Port | Port to plug in the headset. |
