Point the scan window at the center of the barcode, adjust the distance until the scanner captures it, and ensure the angles fall within recommended ranges: skew <45°, pitch <45° (ideally 5°–20°), and roll 0°–360°.
From the handset menu: go to Settings → Network Settings → Wi-Fi, set Wi-Fi to “On”, select the desired SSID, enter the password when prompted. Upon successful connection the Wi-Fi icon will display on the standby screen.
- Green solid: Battery fully charged
- Green slow flashing: Incoming call
- Red solid: Network disconnected
- Red slow flashing: Missed call, new voicemail, or new message
