GVC3200/GVC3202 Video Conferencing System for Android - Installation Examples

The Grandstream GVC3200/GVC3202 Video Conferencing System can be installed in various ways, depending on the scenario the GVC3200/GVC3202 is used with the display device. This document provides a few common installation scenarios as examples.

USING GVC3200/GVC3202 WITHOUT MOUNTING KIT

Placing GVC3200/GVC3202 on Conference Table

The GVC3200/GVC3202 can be placed on the conference table directly, without mounting kit used. The TV(s) can also be placed on the same conference table, behind the GVC3200/GVC3202.

Placing GVC3200/GVC3202 on Portable Stand

The GVC3200/GVC3202 can be placed on a portable stand, without mounting kit used. The TV(s) can be mounted on wall or the portable stand (if supporting mounting a TV). This set up is normally used in demo room or show room.

USING GVC3200/GVC3202 WITH MOUNTING KIT

Installation with One TV

Scenario 1

1. Place the TV at one end of the conference table or a portable stand. It is recommended to put the TV about 5cm to 10cm above the table or stand for a comfortable conference view.
2. Install the GVC3200/GVC3202 on the top of the TV. Usually it’s placed in the center of the top if possible.

Scenario 2

1. The TV that has been placed on one end of the conference table is against wall of the conference room.
2. Install the GVC3200/GVC3202 on the wall and position it on the top center of the TV.

Scenario 3

1. Mount the TV on the wall. It is recommended to mount the TV about 1m to 1.6m above the ground for a comfortable conference view.
2. Install the GVC3200/GVC3202 on the wall and position it on the top center of the TV.

Installation with Two TVs

Scenario 1

1. Mount the two TVs on the wall side by side. It is recommended to mount the TV about 1m to 1.6m above the ground for a comfortable conference view.
2. Install the GVC3200/GVC3202 on the wall and position it on the top center of the two TVs.

Installation with Three TVs (GVC3200 Only)

Scenario 1

1. Mount the three TVs on the wall, one on the top and the other two on the bottom. It is recommended to install the two bottom TVs about 1m to 1.6m above the ground.
2. Keep about 1m distance between the two TVs on the bottom so that the GVC3200 can fit in.
3. Install the GVC3200 on the wall and position it between the bottom two TVs.

Scenario 2

1. Mount the three TVs on the wall horizontally. It is recommended to install them about 1m to 1.6m above the ground.
2. Install the GVC3200 on the wall and position it on the top center of the center TV.
