Quick Installation Guide

Powering and Connecting the GS-POE

  1. Plug an Ethernet cable from your switch/router into the LAN port of the PoE injector (labeled “LAN”).
  2. Connect another Ethernet cable from the PoE port of the injector to the PoE-powered device (e.g., IP phone, AP, or camera).
  3. Plug the injector’s power cord (b) into a wall outlet to supply power.
  4. Ensure the PoE device powers up and has network connectivity. Check LED indicators on the injector and device.
Note

  • Please use standard Category 5 or higher twisted pair cables for connection. If non-standard network cables are used, the driving distance may be shorter than 100 meters.
  • For the GS-POE60W-MG model, it is recommended to use Cat6a/Cat7 network cables to achieve 5G/10G transmission rates, and the transmission distance is 30-80 meters.

Wall Mount

The GS-POE device can be wall-mounted as follows:

  1. Position the device horizontally on the wall.
  2. Mark and drill two holes aligned with the screw positions on the GS-POE device.
  3. Secure the device to the wall using two PA 3.5 × 33 mm screws (not included).
